The Manor Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation and a moderate level of income. The Fund invests primarily in the common stock of large corporations.
The Fund generally invests in companies with growing earnings and dividends, a high level of free cash flow available to finance future growth or repurchase shares, and a strong financial structure to support future growth.
The Growth Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests primarily in the common stock of large to mid-sized corporations.
The Growth Fund generally invests in companies that have strong growth in earnings or revenues, the potential to maintain above average growth, and a reasonable valuation relative to the growth potential.
The Bond Fund seeks to provide current income. The Fund invests primarily in income producing securities issued by the U.S. Government or Agencies of the U.S. Government, such as U.S. Treasury bills, notes and bonds, or GNMA's, FNMA's, and FHLB's.
The Bond Fund generally maintains an average maturity of three to seven years, depending upon the interest rate and economic environment.
